GINGER SCALLION SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the neutral tasting oil over medium heat.
  2. Finely chop the green onions, slice the peeled ginger into thin strips and place it in a heat proof bowl.
  3. Add the green onions and ginger to the warm oil and let it be on the heat till it sizzles for 3 – 4 minutes.
  4. Carefully add the salt as per your preference and mix well.
