Duck Spring Roll



The duck spring rolls are encased in a thin layer of dough and freshly shredded vegetable which are then fried to golden brown perfection.Experience the richness and textures of crispy and succulent duck meat enveloped in refreshing vegetables, soybeans, and oyster, making it indulgent and delicious all at once.

Our delicious Duck Spring Rolls are a perfect snack and fun to make at home.


Storage Condition – Keep Frozen at -18°C.


Duck, all-purpose flour, cabbage, carrots, onion, capsicum, spring onion, soybeans, oyster, sesame oil, chili, sugar, water, corn flour, milk, white pepper, sunflower oil, salt.

Heating Instructions: (Frying)
Directly from the freezer, deep fry the Duck Spring Rolls at 160°C for 3-4 minutes.

Once cooked, place it onto a paper towel to soak any residue and the Duck Spring Rolls are ready to be served.

Heating Instructions: (Oven)
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Once the spring rolls are visibly crispy, remove them from the oven.

Place the Delicious&Fresh Duck Spring Rolls onto a baking tray and bake them in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
(Trials are undergoing for this, and oven cooking instructions may need to be amended accordingly)

To finish, garnish the rolls with freshly chopped coriander and serve it with a sweet chili dipping sauce.
